About the Peregrine Falcon Nest
Wildstreaming.com was thrilled when, following the success of the RVAOspreyCam, the Center for Conservation Biology asked us if we’d be interested in reestablishing a cam on the peregrine falcon nest on the James River Bridge in Newport News, Va. The nest has been an active site for multiple breeding pairs of ospreys since 1991 and previously had a camera on it. In February 2018, working with the CCB’s Bryan Watts, we installed a camera capable of delivering an HD 1080p resolution stream. We’re thrilled to share these magnificent birds with Virginia and world!
